The company is a corporate finance boutique with focus on FinTech and Blockchain. The firm helps clients with early-stage fund raising including selective seed investment. The two principals use their combined experience of over 50 years in investment banking, technology and entrepreneurship to help founders successfully launch their ventures through genuine partnership and engagement. Role Description

This role is an important appointment to the Lightbulb Capital team with a route to Equity Partner,, duties include but are definitely not limited to:

​

• Owning Capital Introduction mandates, initially with a focus on Asia FinTech, with a plan to expand across the industries

• Advise our clients and assist with all matters of valuation and structuring of (digital) assets

• Enable Financial Inclusion: Assist entities to get access to Capital Markets through listing on digital asset markets

• Collaborate with and develop our network of Institutional Investors

• Work together with Legal and Technology experts to define how financing of small and medium sized corporate and other entities will be done in the future, with the use of Tokenization technology

Desired Skills/Experience

• Bachelors Degree, ideally in Economics, Finance or similar

• 5 or more years of relevant working experience, conducting the regulated activity of advising on corporate finance

• Keen interest in FinTech, Digital Assets, Tokenization, Blockchain Technology and FInancial Inclusion

• Strong financial analytical and critical thinking capabilities

• Excellent verbal and writing skills

• Comfortable dealing with contracts and legal documentation

• Drive, enthusiasm and creativity

• Personal integrity, initiative and leadership qualities

• Ability to multi-task and manage tight timelines

• Good command of English language, Chinese skills a big plus

• Team player

• Proficient with the use of technology
