Role Description
This role is an important appointment to the Lightbulb Capital team with a route to Equity Partner,, duties include but are definitely not limited to:

Owning Capital Introduction mandates, initially with a focus on Asia FinTech, with a plan to expand across the industries

Advise our clients and assist with all matters of valuation and structuring of (digital) assets

Enable Financial Inclusion: Assist entities to get access to Capital Markets through listing on digital asset markets

Collaborate with and develop our network of Institutional Investors

Work together with Legal and Technology experts to define how financing of small and medium sized corporate and other entities will be done in the future, with the use of Tokenization technology
Desired Skills/Experience

Bachelors Degree, ideally in Economics, Finance or similar

5 or more years of relevant working experience, conducting the regulated activity of advising on corporate finance

Keen interest in FinTech, Digital Assets, Tokenization, Blockchain Technology and FInancial Inclusion

Strong financial analytical and critical thinking capabilities

Excellent verbal and writing skills

Comfortable dealing with contracts and legal documentation

Drive, enthusiasm and creativity

Personal integrity, initiative and leadership qualities

Ability to multi-task and manage tight timelines

Good command of English language, Chinese skills a big plus
